pouco espaço na agência e a fila é formada fora do banco e no sol ou embaixo de chuva...
será que não tem alguem vendo isso...
banco péssimo em atendimento e conforto para seus clientes... uma vergonha o itau de itaborai...
não recomendo quem mora em itaborai abrir conta nesse banco...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cada 10 vezes eu vou fazer um depósito fora de horário comercial, em pelo menos 9 vezes os caixas eletrônicos não estão funcionando. Por que não apagam as luzes em fecham as portas logo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos ver uma coisa meu pai tem conta nese banco itau y fizerao un prestamo de 8000 reais asim sen meu ter asinado nada o gerente dese banco y ele foi la pa averiguar como foi posivel y nem o banco sabe como foi feito o quem fez o por onde foi o prosedimento da pra entender alguma coisa eu vou chamar ai no banco pa ver que explicacao me vao a dar o u gerente fes o préstamo sem ninguem ficar sabendo espera que eu vou chama ai voces y o bicho vai pegar nese tau de itau

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 65 anos e os atendentes me tratam como se fosse mendigo na porta do banco que pago pra ter conta, fiquei no sol das 08.30 até as 14.30 pra ressolver problema causado por funcionário incompetente, vou encerrar minha conta.

O Itaú investe tanto em anúncios e experiência digital mas não se importa em investir na melhoria das agências e na qualidade de atendimento ao público. Caixas eletrônicos defeituosos, pessoas esperando no sol e na chuva e nenhum funcionário para dar qualquer informação.
Estabelecem uma fila prioritária para maiores de 80 anos, os quais precisam esperar em pé, desde cedo ao sol, sem qualquer informação, para uma agência que abre somente às 10 hs.
Terrible attendance!!
Itaú invests so much in advertising and digital experience but does not mind investing in improving branches and in the quality of customer service. Faulty ATMs, people waiting in the sun and rain and no staff to give any information.
They establish a priority queue for people over 80 years old, who have to wait up early in the sun, without any information, for an agency that opens only at 10 am.
