★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem nenhuma opção de atendimento online, péssimo isto. O que oferecem no atendimento eu já tenho no app, infelizmente são muito limitados os canais online, terei que me dirigir à agência por um erro técnico do banco, e isto não deveria ser necessário.
There is no option for online service, this is terrible. What they offer in the service I already have in the app, unfortunately online channels are very limited, I will have to go to the agency for a technical error by the bank, and this should not be necessary.
