O tipo de assunto que minha sogra é necessário somente com a gerente... por mas que seja simples a situação não conseguimos contato com facilidade...e deixar vigia ou outro funcionário e me passar o contato do WhatsApp e celular pois a agência está fechada .... não adianta nada! Na verdade me parece que a mesma deve estar sobrecarregada e o banco Itaú- responsável acima da gerente poderia arrumar um plano de ação para sanar esta situação!
