★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o local é bom, mas o atendimento é bem demorado compensando ir mais próximo do colégio Alberto Conte, abri uma conta nessa unidade me cadastraram na av. joão dias apenas porque estavam sem sistema, pediram para retorna no dia seguinte e nada pediram para aguarda 5 dias fui la apos 6 e nada de resolver a transferência de unidade.
the location is good, but the service is very long compensating to go closer to Alberto Conte school, I opened an account in this unit registered me at av. john days just because they were out of system, asked for returns the next day and nothing asked to wait 5 days went there after 6 and nothing to resolve the unit transfer.

Depositaram o meu dinheiro na conta errada, ao invés de depositarem na conta poupança, depositaram na corrente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui obrigada a abrir uma conta nesse banco, a empresa me deu uma carta p conta salário, ao chegar o gerente me ofereceu a corrente com vários benefícios q não teria na conta salário e q não me cobraria nada por isso, depois de 03 meses começaram as cobranças. Qro saber qdo o banco vai abrir p poder ir pessoalmente falar com o gerente e fazer devolver meu dinheiro, pelo telefone nada se resolve.
I was forced to open an account at that bank, the company gave me a letter p of the salary account, when the manager offered me the chain with several benefits that I would not have in the salary account and that I would not be charged for it, after 03 months the charges. I want to know when the bank is going to open so that I can personally talk to the manager and have my money returned, over the phone, nothing can be resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Abri uma CC e não me darem um cartão provisório, não me deram uma senha para entrar no app , nem aprovaram um cartão de crédito nem nada, e ainda por cima FUI OBRIGADA A CONTRATAR UM SEGURO DE 8,00 POR MÊS. Procurem outro banco ou pelo menos outra agência.
Terrible service. I opened a CC and they didn't give me a temporary card, they didn't give me a password to enter the app, they didn't approve a credit card or anything, and on top of that I WAS OBLIGATED TO HIRE INSURANCE AT 8.00 PER MONTH. Find another bank or at least another branch.
