★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudou de Local e dificultou o atendimento. Caixa eletrônico desta agência só funciona se o prédio estiver funcionando. Ontem estive na agência para realização de pagamento e fui informado pelo segurança que não estava funcionando os caixas eletrônicos. Não foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu. Mesmo antes do covid-19 já acontecia isso. Ou seja, a agência mudou de lugar e ficou difícil de acesso. Final de semana caixa eletrônico esta desativado, segundo informações do próprio segurança do local. Seria melhor que esta agência ficasse na rua mesmo como era antes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência Itaú Washington Soares está dentro do prédio WSTC localizado ao lado do colégio Ari de Sá.
Devemos levar em consideração que a imagem do Google street não é atualizada e isso causa uma falsa impressão de endereço errado. O cliente tem acesso pela Washington Soares ao prédio fazendo uma pequena curva a direita já dentro do espaço do shopping passando em frente ao prédio e logo após uma curva à esquerda que dá acesso ao estacionamento no subsolo. No subsolo ao acessar o elevador ou a escada para o andar "P" já está de frente a agência. O estacionamento até setembro está gratuito!

Atualizando: voltei e a moça disse que teria que pegar a fila novamente. Revoltante.

Sou cliente prioridade, absurdo como demora ser atendido, pessoas com senha normal sendo chamados no painel e o pouco caso com os clientes, pedir informação na agência ou explicação por tá acontecendo ficam com cara de deboche que finge nem ouvir!

I am a priority customer, absurd as it takes to be attended, people with a normal password being called on the panel and the little case with customers, asking for information at the agency or explanation for what's going on look like a debaucher who pretends not even to hear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível pessoas chega e a recepcionista coloca na frente pessoas que não são prioridade enquanto outras pessoas que a horas estão em pé na fila esperando pra ser atendida, ATENDIMENTO HORRÍVEL PRECISA MELHORAR MUITO.
Horrible service people arrive and the receptionist puts people who are not a priority in front while other people who are standing in line waiting hours to be attended, HORRIBLE SERVICE NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT.

Few employees and very small and cramped branch without any comfort, especially with the pandemic, impossible to keep distance inside, causing a long queue and worse waiting, outside the branch.
