★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles adisona coisa sem a permissão,ex o lis e outras cobranças no cartão,sem consultar o cliente,e quando você abre o app está lá a cobrança principalmente se for de débito.
They add something without permission, eg o lis and other charges on the card, without consulting the customer, and when you open the app the charge is there, especially if it's debit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência sempre lotada, com filas gigantescas principalmente de aposentados na parte externa, no sol e chuva. É absurdo e lamentável o péssimo atendimento desse banco, causando enormes transtornos e sofrimento a população que necessita usar os serviços bancários.
Agency always crowded, with gigantic queues mainly of retirees outside, in the sun and rain. It is absurd and regrettable the poor service of this bank, causing enormous inconvenience and suffering to the population that needs to use banking services.

Seus clientes tem q aguardar em filas imensas só lado de fora do banco em pé, correndo o risco de ser assaltado!
Cheguei na unidade as 11 da manhã e só consegui ser atendido as 15; 09. Uma vergonha um banco q trata assim seus clientes!
Bad service, they start service at 11:00, take a lunch break and end at 16:00.
Your customers have to wait in huge lines just outside the bank standing, at the risk of being robbed!
I arrived at the unit at 11 am and could only be seen at 3 pm; 09. Shame on a bank that treats its customers like this!
