A bank garbage employee does not show the minimum interest in helping customers over and over that the bank has 6 ATMs for the whole city but as there is only one branch in the city we have no choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo Banco e assim como todos tem de a melhorar. A questão das bolsas já foi resolvido com guarda volumes automatizado. O que fará a diferença é a inversão da porta dos caixas, e um atendimento melhor aos Uniclass como é em são joaquim da barra até as 18hs .
Great Bank and just like everyone needs to improve it. The issue of bags has now been resolved with automated luggage storage. What will make the difference is the inversion of the cashier door, and a better service to Uniclass as it is in são joaquim da barra until 6pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo para as mulheres sacarem dinheiro em qualquer caixa automático/eletrônico. Ou o pessoal do Itaú não sabe que 99% das mulheres usa BOLSA? Pois é... Você tem que ficar igual a uma equilibrista tentando pegar a carteira, o cartão, sacar e guardar o dinheiro, TUDO ISSO sem ter um lugar para encostar ou pendurar a bolsa. Não é raro as clientes esquecerem algo, inclusive o cartão do banco, gerando transtorno, aborrecimento e gasto desnecessário. ALÔ ALÔ! Coloquem um lugar para pendurarmos nossas bolsas! Até a Cef e o Bb tem...pelo amor de Deus!
Bad for women to withdraw money at any ATM. Or do Itaú people not know that 99% of women use POCKETS? Yeah ... You have to look like a tightrope walker trying to get the wallet, the card, cash out and save the money, EVERYTHING without a place to lean or hang the purse. It is not uncommon for customers to forget something, including the bank card, causing inconvenience, annoyance and unnecessary expense. HELLO HELLO! Put a place to hang our bags! Even Cef and Bb have ... for God's sake!
