★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apensar de não concordar muito com alguns tipos de ideologias da empresa, é uma boa empresa para guarda seu dinheiro e usar para fazer transações comerciais, tem suporte bom para os clientes antes e depois, suas taxas estão na média de preço, que não de certa forma vale apena está com uma conta no local. O que acho melhor nessa empresa e os investimentos que elas fornecem aos estudantes e as pesquisas que elas financiam, em todo caso a dica é ir e conversar com um gerente e buscar mais referências no mercado financeiro já que se trata de uma empresa privada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui cliente dessa agência. O atendimento do Itaú é ridículo. Te tratam de qualquer forma é não fazem questão nenhuma de você ser cliente. E ainda não te ajudam em nada! Tudo é “sistema isso, sistema aquilo.” Sinceramente é um banco que cada dia mais perde clientes. Sou revoltado or ter perdido tempo sendo cliente pois é uma instituição que é puro marketing e propaganda, e não reflete nada que exibe em seus comerciais. Empresas como Itaú, torço que não vá muito longe! Estou muito feliz com o Santander, onde apesar de nenhum banco ser amigo de ninguém, é claro, o atendimento é diferenciado! Nunca abra uma conta no Itaú! Abraço
