★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención excelente, los funcionarios siempre están atentos para ayudar y ofrecer soluciónes. Personalmente siempre fui bien atendido, lo único que a veces, es un poco incómodo, es la espera para entrar (hay filas).
Mismo así rescató la buena predisposición qué tienen sus colaboradores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na agência hoje às 12:30 e os funcionários do caixa só sabem bater papo não prestam atenção nas informações dadas vão no automático e tem que refazer os serviços.
Esse é o maior motivo das filas estavam se programando pra sexta !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Gerência, funcionários não prestam atenção no que acontece na Agência. Um exemplo são os caixas eletrônicos quase sempre quase todos estão ruins, quando funciona as funções são poucas. Hoje mesmo fui fazer um depósito e todos os caixas estavam ruins, e se vc for fazer uma reclamação os funcionários ficam com cara de " b...a" uma má vontade de atender. Impressionante um Banco desse, com a potência que tem e admitir isso por parte dos funcionários que não são nada atentos e simpáticos. E só dei a estrela pra poder postar o comentário, pois sinceramente não merece nada!
Terrible Management, employees do not pay attention to what happens at the Agency. An example is the ATMs almost always almost all are bad, when it works the functions are few. Today I went to make a deposit and all the cashiers were bad, and if you go to make a complaint, the employees look like "ba" an unwillingness to answer. Impressive a bank like that, with the power it has and admit that from the employees who are not attentive and friendly at all. And I only gave the star so I could post the comment, because it honestly doesn't deserve anything!
