The company's price is affordable, but the financial service leaves a lot to be desired. I've been trying to resolve a question with them for 3 days and no one responds through the customer service channel, which is only 2 hours a day, much less through the telephone number informed here, which is always busy. O financeiro corta seu acesso com conta paga. O domínio que voce escolheu eles registram pra eles e não adianta reclamar, eles simplesmente te ignoram e fingem demência! As atendentes são despreparadas e não dão retorno! Corram daqui... furada!
Their designers are great, the final work is really nice, but if you need any administrative help, you're at a loss. EVERYTHING you have a problem with will be a forceps delivery. The finance cuts your access with a paid account. The domain you chose they register for them and there's no use complaining, they just ignore you and pretend dementia! The attendants are unprepared and do not return! Run from here... pierced!

Na hora da venda foi uma beleza, tudo perfeito, porém depois disso nada mais funcionou, prazo de entrega, suporte, correções, financeiro, nunca tive nenhum suporte de pós vendas ou pelo menos uma ligação perguntando se eu estava satisfeito com o trabalho contratado.
Tenho a impressão de que fui enganado e não tenho ninguém dessa empresa interessado em me ajudar.
NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou gestor da Bravo Carretas, compramos um site com essa agencia que foi muito solicita para a venda nos vendendo um site responsivo e somente direcionando nossas instruções conseguiríamos um site muito bonito e funcional.
Porém fechamos contrato em setembro com a promessa de entrega em 60 dias e até agora nossa experiência não foi boa.
Não alteraram o site conforme solicitamos, não quiseram casdastrar nossos 20 e poucos produtos no site sendo que em contrato solicitam todas as fotos e informações e posteriormente informaram que não cadastram produtos.
E não consta em contrato essa clausula.
Pedimos inúmeras vezes mudanças no layout mas a cada amostra do site os problemas de ajuste persistiam, e não foram solucionados até o momento dessa reclamação.
Fizemos videos explicando como seria o site e posso postar todos aqui com prints de nossas conversar e cobranças.
Ainda temos que sempre cobrar o resultado ao inves de ser informados que o resultado está pronto, ou seja deixou a desejar uma melhor comunicação e o cumprimento de prazos.
Ainda tivemos problemas com nosso servidor e ao fazer a migração do site com a sua configuração, houveram problemas na integração que se não houvesse mediação por nossa parte demoraria muito mais para ser resolvido.
Trabalhamos 100% com vendas pela internet e ficar 6 meses sem o site , ainda a cada atualização ver que nossas exigências não foram atendidas nos levou a reclamar e aguardar para ver quando que a empresa irá assumir prazos e cumprir com o mesmo.
I'm a manager at Bravo Carretas, we bought a website with this agency that was very requested for the sale, selling us a responsive website and only directing our instructions would we get a very beautiful and functional website.
However, we signed a contract in September with the promise of delivery within 60 days and so far our experience has not been good.
They didn't change the site as we requested, they didn't want to castrate our 20-odd products on the site and in the contract they ask for all the photos and information and later they informed that they don't register products.
And there is no such clause in the contract.
We asked numerous times for changes to the layout but with each sample of the site the adjustment problems persisted, and were not resolved until the moment of this complaint.
We made videos explaining how the site would be and I can post them all here with prints of our conversations and charges.
We still have to always demand the result instead of being informed that the result is ready, that is, better communication and meeting deadlines are lacking.
We still had problems with our server and when migrating the site with its configuration, there were problems in the integration that if there was no mediation on our part it would take much longer to solve.
We work 100% with internet sales and not having the site for 6 months, yet with each update seeing that our requirements have not been met led us to complain and wait to see when the company will assume deadlines and comply with it.
