Dizem que envolvem uma equipe para atender, mas no fundo é sempre um(a) analista, que tem boa vontade porém não tem braço e nem condições técnicas para executar um bom trabalho. Fizeram uma visita só no meio do processo com muita insistência. E depois de um ano de trabalho, meus resultados de SEO estava muito piores do que quando começamos, além disso, colocam sempre a culpa no cliente, eles estão sempre certos, mandam relatórios e o resultado no Google só piorando.
Agency promises a lot, but at the time of delivery it is a disappointment. They say that they involve a team to assist, but in the end it is always an (a) analyst, who has good will but has no arm or technical conditions to perform a good job. They paid a visit only in the middle of the process with great insistence. And after a year of work, my SEO results were much worse than when we started, besides, they always put the blame on the client, they are always right, they send reports and the result on Google only gets worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência não foi nada legal com a agência. Falei com um consultor e a minha necessidade era de conseguir reuniões com três agências para um cliente. Entre idas e vindas, o consultor ficou entre 2 e 3 dias para responder os e-mails de volta. Tempo suficiente para eu já conseguir falar com outras três agências, fazer as reuniões e receber as propostas. Minha percepção: atendimento lento e nada personalizado.
Edit: consegui agendar uma reunião com o Rodrigo, que me atendeu muito bem. Não seguiremos com a empresa por conta de uma necessidade técnica, que a agência não oferece em seu portfólio de serviços.
My experience was anything but cool with the agency. I spoke with a consultant and my need was to arrange meetings with three agencies for a client. Between comings and goings, the consultant stayed between 2 and 3 days to answer the emails back. Enough time for me to be able to speak to three other agencies, hold meetings and receive proposals. My perception: slow service and nothing personalized.
Edit: I managed to schedule a meeting with Rodrigo, who attended me very well. We will not continue with the company due to a technical need, which the agency does not offer in its service portfolio.

Nada que um time com front end + analista senior de Seo nao resolva
Consegui fazer o que a mestre faz em meses, em poucas semanas
Muito moroso, so dao desculpas, nao cumprem prazos a nao ser que vc cobre a cada segundo
Mas na hora de pedir o pagamento eh rapido
Nao eh a toa que o contrato eh bem amarrado, pq eh certo que vao querer cancelar
Nao recomendo nem de graca

Technically speaking, they don't deliver anything too much.
It only has a name because quality, service and expertise is terrible
Nothing that a team with a front end + a senior Seo analyst can't solve
I managed to do what the master does in months, in a few weeks
Too slow, they only make excuses, they don't meet deadlines unless you cover every second
But when it's time to ask for payment, it's fast
No wonder the contract is well tied, because it's certain you'll want to cancel
I don't even recommend it for free
