Fechamos 3 passeios privativos e o serviço de traslado do aeroporto até o Serrambi Resort. valeu muito à pena cada centavo pago. Eles são realmente eficientes no atendimento e prestação de serviços. Fomos surpreendidos por tanto carisma e carinho do público pernambucano. Camila desejamos muita prosperidade à sua empresa. Vocês realmente fizeram a diferença em nossas férias.
We contacted the company 3 months before and were very well assisted by Camila. He clarified all our doubts and had the greatest patience with us. We closed 3 private tours and the transfer service from the airport to Serrambi Resort. it was very worth every penny paid. They are really efficient in customer service and service delivery. Usamos uma spin os três dias de passeio onde fomos com o motorista Carlos Antonio (inclusive é o pai do Leonardo) Nos tratou muito bem, ficamos á vontade nos lugares e todos os seus colaboradores nos trataram muito bem. Quero deixar um elogio também ao marinheiro que nos conduziu na praia dos carneiros, Junior, extremamente educado e tem muito conhecimento da vila dos carneiros. Todos eles nos surpreenderam demais! Minha família está voltando para Santa Catarina muito feliz e satisfeita, voltaremos! Sucesso Leonardo e equipe.
We contacted the company 2 months before the trip, we were met by Leonardo, the company's owner. We closed 3 private packages and were surprised by their excellence. We used a spin for the three days of the tour where we went with the driver Carlos Antonio (he is even Leonardo's father) He treated us very well, we were at ease in places and all his collaborators treated us very well. I would also like to pay a compliment to the sailor who took us to Praia dos Carneiros, Junior, extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the village of sheep. They all surprised us so much! Fechei TODOS os passeios com eles (além do passeio de buggy eles têm todo um leque gigante dos melhores passeios da região) por conta do rápido atendimento, contato direto com a Camila maravilhosa e um pdf em prontidão que me mandaram no meu primeiro contato com eles detalhando cada passeio oferecido. Eles tem todos os passeios, conseguem fazer um itinerário SUPER personalizado de acordo com as marés, vontade do cliente e datas da viagem. Todos os motoristas, bugueiros, guias, pilotos foram incríveis e fizeram nossa viagem ser sensacional. A Camila nos prestou assistência desde o momento em que começamos a planejar a viagem com todas as dúvidas que poderíamos ter até o último transfer que nos levou de volta para o aeroporto. Recomendaria para qualquer um que quisesse visitar a região justificando a escolha pela pontualidade, carinho, atenção, muuuuita informação bacana oferecida pelos guias/motoristas/pilotos que nos acompanharam, praticidade com pagamentos/documentos online/fotos e vídeos nas redes e disposição no atendimento. Acho que o que mais me conquistou foi o atendimento personalizado, a experiência deles no planejamento de roteiro e portanto as melhores escolhas para evitar transtorno/espera/filas e desconforto direcionado para nossos gostos. Esse diferencial deu à viagem a nossa cara com bastante privacidade e conforto. Perfeitos, pode ir sem hesitar :)
The best agency in Porto. I closed ALL the tours with them (in addition to the buggy tour they have a whole range of the best tours in the region) due to the quick service, direct contact with the wonderful Camila and a pdf in readiness that they sent me on my first contact with them detailing each tour offered. They have all the tours, they are able to make a SUPER personalized itinerary according to the tides, customer wishes and travel dates. All the drivers, buggies, guides, pilots were incredible and made our trip an amazing one. Camila provided us with assistance from the moment we started planning the trip with all the doubts we might have until the last transfer that took us back to the airport. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit the region justifying the choice for punctuality, affection, attention, sooooo much cool information offered by the guides / drivers / pilots who accompanied us, practicality with payments / online documents / photos and videos on the networks and willingness to attend. I think what most won me over was the personalized service, their experience in script planning and therefore the best choices to avoid inconvenience / waiting / queuing and discomfort directed to our tastes. This differential gave the trip our face with a lot of privacy and comfort. Perfect, you can go without hesitating :)

I stayed 10 days with my hubby at a 5 star resort and even then we left for 5 days to do the tours. The first and only one would be the Buggy ride but surprised us and we decided to close the others. It was super worth it. We did the private buggy, Sheep's Beach, Maragogi, city tour to Olinda and Reef and Santo Aleixo Island. Everything 100% The attention and organization of the CAMILLA <3 is impeccable
