O gerente da minha conta mudou, nem se deram o trabalho de me informarem, tenho uma conta juridica nesta agência, e infelizmente NÃO recomendo. Já tive experiência em trabalhar com a Sicredi, no sul e sempre fui muito bem atendida. infelizmente esta agência não se preocupa com a Instituição.
My experience is being very bad, because they don't answer the phone, they don't answer by whats. They don't care about the account holders. My account manager has changed, they didn't even bother to inform me, I have a legal account in this agency, and unfortunately I DO NOT recommend it. I already had experience working with Sicredi, in the south and I was always very well attended. unfortunately this agency does not care about the Institution.
