Não tentam resolver os problemas dos clientes ao contrario dificultam tudo ao maximo. Não tenho outra palavra para os funcionários desta agencia simplesmente um LIXO.

Com o intuito de abrir uma conta, fui atendida por uma gerente muito grosseira e má vontade , uma senhora rispida, em que questionou o motivo de abrir uma conta naquela agência se havia outra próxima a minha casa. Com respostas atravessadas, rudes e grossas às minhas dúvidas, se quer me deu qualquer orientação referente a minha nova conta. Sai do banco arrasada, mas não quis registrar reclamação no momento até mesmo por sentir dó! Mas um mês depois tenho o reflexo do meu péssimo atendimento, pois entre as faltas de orientações, ela se quer me informou minha assinatura digital para acessar e fazer transações via celular, estou viajando e não tenho como resolver minhas coisas e não consigo essa assinatura digital via internet. Se me lembro o nome dela é Eli. Parabéns!

Péssimo atendimento, Desrespeito total com as pessoas.
Entrei as 8:30 e sai as 11:00hs para resolver uma simples.
E nem estava lotada.
Funcionário público deveria acabar, Ninguém está preocupado em ajudar.
