★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diante de tantos bancos que inclusive tenho conta, o Itaú é sem dúvidas o melhor. Os funcionários são prestativos, sabem como acolher os clientes e tem o atendimento mais rápido.
With so many banks that I even have an account with, Itaú is undoubtedly the best. Staff are helpful, know how to welcome customers and have the fastest service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte de pagamento de contas é bem rápido, o problema é que não aceitam contas de (água, luz e telefone). O espaço é bem pequeno, os caixas 24hs são poucos e dos que têm menos ainda funcionam.
The bill payment part is very fast, the problem is that they do not accept bills from (water, electricity and telephone). The space is very small, the cashiers are few and the ones that have less still work.

Filas enormes para entrar no banco antes mesmo de abrir. Tem que esperar do lado de fora na fila e no sol. Até nos caixas eletrônicos tem fila é demora porque são poucos caixas para uma grande demanda de pessoas.
Quase todos os dias cai o sistema e fica fora do ar.
Não oferece conforto e nem estrutura os seus clientes. É um verdadeiro descaso.
Parking in the sun.
Long lines to enter the bank even before it opens. Have to wait outside in line and in the sun. Even at ATMs, there are queues and delays because there are few ATMs for a large demand of people.
Almost every day the system crashes and is down.
It does not offer comfort or structure to its customers. It's a real neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trata maus seus clientes! Principalmente os idosos que ficam em uma fila do lado de fora do banco levando sol e poeira e nem um atendente do banco sai nem fora do banco pra ver ou dar uma assistência aos seus clientes e lamentável...
Treat your customers badly! Especially the elderly who stand in a line outside the bank taking sun and dust and not even a bank attendant leaves the bank to see or assist their customers and it's unfortunate...
