★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Sempre que meu condomínio telefona relatando um problema, eles tentam resolver por telefone e não vêm. Pegam contratos em São Paulo e depois não querem visitar na hora das chamadas de emergência. Ainda falaram para meu funcionário que não podiam fazer nada para o problema relatado. Mas cobrar a mensalidade, isso eles fazem bem.
Lousy service. Whenever my condo calls to report a problem, they try to solve it over the phone and don't come. They take contracts in São Paulo and then do not want to visit during emergency calls. They even told my employee that they could not do anything for the reported problem. But charging the monthly fee, they do it well.
