Worst courier I've ever been, apart from the arrogance of the pastel de flango, there's a delay to be served, which they do on purpose. As far as I was concerned, this disgrace had already closed its doors.

algumas pessoas do bairro que moram perto da agencia são difícil eles não entendem que a agencia é terceirizada e que as regras são ditadas pelo correio e que as encomendas não chegam muitas vezes corretamente .. no mundo dos negócios os clientes tem sempre razão mas alguns não tem conhecimento e ficam fazendo comentários desrespeitosos que deveriam ser excluídos pelo Google!
I worked with them in 2016 it was a year.
They are honest and correct!
some people from the neighborhood who live near the agency are difficult they don't understand that the agency is outsourced and that the rules are dictated by the mail and that the orders often do not arrive correctly .. in the business world customers are always right but some are not know and keep making disrespectful comments that should be deleted by Google!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com 3 produtos encaminhados há 5 dias para eles e, quando vou lá, esses caines de cacholo falam que não estão lá, que está apenas encaminhado. Liguei para o CDD Ipiranga, eles disseram que já enviaram os produtos há dias. É mau caratismo desses pastel de flango. Fora que já tive vários problemas em enviar pacotes e retirar produtos.
I have 3 products forwarded to them for 5 days and, when I go there, these cacholo caines say that they are not there, that it is just forwarded. I called CDD Ipiranga, they said that they already sent the products days ago. It's bad characterization of these flango pastels. Apart from that I've had several problems sending packages and picking up products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendida quando fui fazer uma devolução de mercadoria. A atendente me orientou e até refez a embalagem para eu conseguir postar. Fui no período da manhã e estava bem mais tranquilo.
I was very well taken care of when I went to make a return of merchandise. The attendant guided me and even redone the packaging so I could post. I went in the morning and it was much quieter.
