I made an advance purchase so that I could arrive on time and it's been 8 days since it stopped in the mail. Ñ I'll be able to use what I bought because it hasn't left since the day of posting. Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei no dia 25 /03 preferencial e a atendente totalmente grossa e desenformada, me humilhou gritando que eu deveria fazer o preenchimento e as caixas sem o auxilio dela pq ela tinha outras pessoas esperando, entao me pergunto, pra que serve caixa e atendente para "o preferencial" ???Nao tem acomodações , balcões e nem local para fechar seus pacotes uma vez que comprei as caixas la mesmo. Nao aconselho a irem, elas trabalham meia boca e sem vontade!
I spent on 03/25 preferential and the attendant totally thick and deformed, humiliated me by shouting that I should do the filling and the boxes without her help because she had other people waiting, so I wonder, what is the box and attendant for " the preferential "??? There is no accommodation, counters and no place to close your packages once I bought the boxes myself. I do not advise you to go, they work half-heartedly and unwillingly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência não abriu as 09:00hs, somente após as 12:00hs, falta de respeito com o cliente, em não atualizar essas informações no Google. Diversas pessoas na frente da agência um desrespeito total com o cidadão.

Agency did not open at 9:00 am, only after 12:00 pm, lack of respect for the customer, in not updating this information on Google. Several people in front of the agency a total disregard for the citizen.
