★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se quiser atendimento rápido é só vir nessa agência. O atendimento é bom também, e nunca acontece de estar "sem sistema" como acontece sempre nas agências próprias dos Correios. Super recomendo.
If you want quick service just come to this agency. The service is good as well, and never happens to be "without system" as it always happens in the own agencies of the Post Office. Super recommend it.

Agencia possui envelopes e caixas pra vender (as vezes isso é raro nos correios).
São três guichês de atendimento, e não há local para estacionar.
A notinha não é térmica (as outras agencias entregam recibo em papel térmico).
Lá não tem Banco Postal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que descobri essa agência nunca mais fui na agência do centro. Não moro no centro de Nova Iguaçu então pra mim é mais comodo postar alí.
A agência é básica, mas presta quase todos os serviços de postagem. Nunca tive problemas nas postagens dali.
Não tem estacionamento na rua, mas existe estacionamento pago próximo.
Uma dica é ir até o estacionamento mais a frente, da Chatuba. Ali você tem uma tolerância de 10 minutos, se você conseguir postar algo antes desses 10 minutos, você não paga o estacionamento. É só dizer que não encontrou o produto na loja. ;-) Mas se precisar pagar, vai ser mais barato que o estacionamento anterior que é mais perto da agência e que não é nada cômodo pra manobrar.
After I discovered this agency, I never went to the agency in the center again. I don't live in the center of Nova Iguaçu so for me it's more convenient to post there.
The agency is basic, but provides almost all postage services. I never had any problems posting there.
There is no on-street parking, but there is pay parking nearby.
A tip is to go to the parking lot further on, in Chatuba. There you have a tolerance of 10 minutes, if you manage to post something before those 10 minutes, you don't pay for parking. Just say you didn't find the product in the store. ;-) But if you need to pay, it'll be cheaper than the previous parking, which is closer to the branch and is not comfortable to maneuver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da empresa horrorosa que é os correios, essa agencia salva o dia. Normalmente não está cheia , faço algumas retiradas e devoluções bem rapidamente. Parabéns!
Despite the horrible company that is the post office, this agency saves the day. It's not usually full, I do some withdrawals and returns pretty quickly. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recebi minha encomenda ate hoje. Moro em Ribeirão Preto. O objeto foi postado 14/02 e até hoje nada. No código de rastreio diz que o objeto postado ainda está aí em Nova Iguaçu. Gostaria de saber porque ainda não recebi, se não quero meu dinheiro de volta.
I haven't received my order until today. I live in Ribeirão Preto. The object was posted 02/14 and still nothing. In the tracking code it says that the object posted is still there in Nova Iguaçu. I would like to know why I haven't received it yet, if I don't want my money back.
