Como não foi atendido se eles não se dão o trabalho de ir tocar a campainha ou algo do tipo, fazem três dias que estou em casa aguardo o produto que comprei de Caxias do Sul e todos os dias a mensagem de que o carteiro não foi atendido, isso é uma inverdade. Já não é a primeira vez que isso acontece e tenho que me deslocar até a unidade para retirar um item que deveria receber no conforto da minha casa já que o frete é pago. Descaso com o consumidor, correios vai de mal a pior, por isso as vezes compensa pagar para uma transportadora fazer a entrega que é garantido que será entregue e não essa falta de comprometimento toda.

As it was not answered if they do not bother to go ring the bell or something like that, I have been waiting for the product I bought from Caxias do Sul for three days and every day the message that the postman was not answered , this is untrue. It is not the first time that this has happened and I have to go to the unit to pick up an item that I should receive in the comfort of my home since the freight is paid. Neglect with the consumer, the post office goes from bad to worse, so sometimes it pays to pay for a carrier to make the delivery that is guaranteed to be delivered and not this lack of commitment at all.

The postman doesn't come and says he wasn't attended to and leaves...I was waiting all day and nothing...then soon it appeared that the postman was not answered...that's dirty.
