★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu apartamento está alugado por essa imobiliária e eles simplesmente deixaram o inquilino atrasar 6 mensalidades da Cosern quando ainda estava no meu nome. Quase vou pro SPC por causa disso! No contrato dizia que eles tinham que cobrar a mudança do nome para o do inquilino, mas nem pra isso eles serviram. Faz mais de um mês que cobro providências a eles para saber se vão me ressarcir do valor das contas de energia e eles simplesmente pararam de responder meus emails! Eu gostaria de deixar claro aqui que se você procura bom atendimento e responsabilidade, você não vai encontrar nesse estabelecimento.
My apartment is rented by this real estate company and they simply let the tenant delay 6 monthly payments from Cosern when it was still in my name. I almost go to SPC because of that! In the contract it said that they had to charge the name change to that of the tenant, but not even for that they served. It has been over a month since I asked them to see if they are going to reimburse me for the energy bills and they just stopped responding to my emails! I would like to make it clear here that if you are looking for good service and responsibility, you will not find this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive o hábito de comentar nas páginas de serviços prestados, mas hoje faço questão.
Inicialmente pelo atendimento onde é a porta de entrada. De início uma receptividade tamanha, mas ao passar dos tempos ao alugar um imóvel por esta empresa, foi a experiência mais frustrante que já me ocorreu. Desdém para o "cliente", onde pessoalmente fui intitulada de não ser cliente da empresa e que sim somente o dono real do apartamento. INÚMERAS, sim, INÚMERAS vezes e posso provar, meu carro ficou do lado de fora da garagem devido a problemas mal resolvidos onde ao sair para trabalhar me deparei com o pneu dianteiro furado e ao relatar o fato não foi ofertado suporte algum para deixar o carro em um lugar seguro . Ao invés disso, recebi praticamente um "se vire".
Falta de aviso em relação a mudança de endereço onde determinado dia precisei ir pessoalmente para o local e fui informada que não mais estavam e até então ainda constava o mesmo endereço anterior no Whatsapp para contato.
Prazos que não foram cumpridos nas datas determinadas(nunca deixei absolumente nada em atraso)
Falta de retorno de informações solicitadas e falta de comunicação de diversas formas.
Alegação de que durante a vistoria determinado objeto não estava no apartamento, onde obviamente estava no local e provei.
Pior experiência que pude ter. A maior dor de cabeça que precisei quebrar o contrato antes do tempo diante de tanta falta de humanização.

I was never in the habit of commenting on the pages of services provided, but today I insist.

At first such receptivity, but over time when renting a property through this company, it was the most frustrating experience that ever occurred to me. Disdain for the "customer", where I was personally entitled not to be a customer of the company but only the real owner of the apartment. Countless, yes, Countless times and I can prove it, my car was left outside the garage due to unresolved problems where when leaving for work I came across a flat front tire and when reporting the fact no support was offered to leave the car in a safe place. Instead, I was practically given a "turn around".
Lack of notice regarding the change of address where on a given day I needed to go in person to the place and I was informed that they were no longer and until then there was still the same previous address on whatsapp for contact.
Deadlines that were not met on the given dates (I never left anything overdue)
Lack of return of requested information and lack of communication in various ways.
Claim that during the inspection a certain object was not in the apartment, where it was obviously in place and I proved it.
Worst experience I could have. The biggest headache I had to break the contract ahead of time in the face of so much lack of humanization.
