Antes de vizualizar curriculo busquem conhecer a pessoa o candidato sem julgamento , vejam que existem pessias boas que dentro de uma empresa seria eque ser valoriza buscam agir como um profissional tanto para empresa quanto da agência que nós indica . Penso que Agiliza poderia ou pode ter os melhores profissionais na sua agência como aqueles que estão se formando e com isso a agiliza pode aproveita isso muito bem se souber fazer um bom trabalho e não ser sentir ofendida quando, um candidato diz como foi nas empresas penso que agilizar poderis fiscalizar mais seu candidatos nas empresa .
