★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fui três vezes no mesmo dia para saber o valor das aulas de natação para meu filho disseram que passariam o valor via zap estou aguardando até agora.... sera 1ue julgam o homen pelas suas vestes?! Vou procurar outra academia.
Terrible service, I went three times in the same day to know the value of swimming lessons for my son they said they would pass the value via zap I'm waiting until now.... will they judge the man by his clothes?! I'll look for another gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A avaliação poderia ser melhor, mas infelizmente devido ao mal atendimento da recepção do turno da noite sou obrigada a classificar assim. A academia é muito boa, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar, no mês passado eu e meu esposo fomos até a academia para saber sobre valores e faltou empatia por parte da recepção. Pedimos que nos enviassem a grade de horários e os valores para definirmos a matrícula, a recepcionista disse que encaminharia e estamos esperando até hoje. Isso porque uma semana depois da nossa visita, ligamos novamente para solicitar e também não fomos atendidos. É uma pena pois nosso filho foi aluno de natação a 3 anos atrás, e com essa atitude fica complicado voltar a frequentar.
The rating could be better, but unfortunately due to the bad service of the reception of the night shift I am forced to classify it like this. The gym is very good, but the service leaves something to be desired, last month my husband and I went to the gym to find out about values and the reception lacked empathy. We asked them to send us the timetable and the values to define the registration, the receptionist said she would forward it and we are waiting until today. That's because a week after our visit, we called again to request and we weren't answered either. It's a shame because our son was a swimming student 3 years ago, and with that attitude it's hard to go back.
