★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começamos a utilizar dos serviços prestados pela Agitação em novembro de 2020. Inicialmente para as crianças e depois eu entrei também. As crianças evoluíram muito, o menor que tinha 5 anos, hoje já nada crawl, costas com acessórios e peito.eles usam uma metodologia qua agrada muito as crianças. A natação adulto também é muito interessante, parece mais com um funcional dentro d'água do que uma natação tradicional, isso para mim foi fundamental já que melhora em muito o meu condicionamento físico.
We started using the services provided by Agitação in November 2020. Initially for children and then I joined as well. The children have evolved a lot, the youngest one was 5 years old, today he doesn't crawl, backs with accessories and chest. They use a methodology that pleases children a lot. Adult swimming is also very interesting, it looks more like a functional in the water than a traditional swimming, this for me was fundamental as it greatly improves my physical conditioning.
