★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra SUPERVIA o ramal Belford Roxo é a mais alta descriminação com seus usuários não oferece nada de bom, e 99% das composições de carros são velhos, sem conforto,, horários atrasados, vagões com ar condicionados sem manutenção, desorganização total, não dá a menor dignidade aos passageiros, sempre servem com desprezo e insuficiência, até parece que prestam os serviços gratuitos à população e que fazem um grande favor às pessoas do ramal Belford Roxo. Eles tratam os passageiros como animais, que ainda, sim, lhes faltam, com respeito a Vida. O tratamento é 0(zero) na minha avaliação.
