É engraçado como você entra em um lugar e as pessoas não competem com você! Não te julgam pela sua aparência... apenas te incentivam para que faça o seu melhor (com profissionalismo e dentro das suas limitações).... um dia cheguei e lá se vão 3,5 anos.
One day I went to take an experimental class, I was having a boring time in my life and I wanted to get away from the gym. It's funny how you enter a place and people don't compete with you! They do not judge you by your appearance ... they only encourage you to do your best (professionally and within your limitations) .... one day I arrived and there are 3.5 years.

Sou muito feliz por fazer parte dessa família, recomendo a todos ter o prazer de fazer ao menos uma aula experimental.
This box looks like it has a glue, you come in and don't want to leave. An amazing place, with super high spirits, competent coaches, where you have health and fun at the same time. Ambiente sempre bem cuidado, proprietária sempre atenta às necessidades e demandas de seus clientes. Nesse período de pandemia está seguindo os protocolos de forma rigorosa, com a preocupação de manter tudo desinfetado, fazendo limpeza do tatame com hipoclorito de sódio a cada 2h, exigindo o uso de máscara e disponibilizando máscaras estruturadas para compra caso alguém esqueça eu prefira treinar com máscara mais firme.
Além do clima da galera que é fenomenal, o mais cheio de goodvibes e alto astral, pessoas que incentivam umas as outras nos treinos, cola junto na diversão e bom humor.
Único lugar que me fez gostar de treinar todo dia e ainda sentir falta quando não podia ir. Treino lá a pouco mais de 1 ano e amo. O plano anual mais bem pago da minha vida e o único que n me arrependi de ter feito, pq fui todos os dias! rsrs

E juro que essa propaganda toda n é jabá, é só testemunho de uma alma sedentária que foi salva! ??

Environment always well maintained, owner always attentive to the needs and demands of its customers. During this pandemic period, the protocols are strictly followed, with the concern of keeping everything disinfected, cleaning the mat with sodium hypochlorite every 2 hours, requiring the use of a mask and providing structured masks for purchase in case anyone forgets I prefer to train with firmer mask.
In addition to the atmosphere of the crowd, which is phenomenal, the most full of good vibes and high spirits, people who encourage each other in training, stick together in fun and good mood.
The only place that made me like to train every day and still miss it when I couldn't go. I've been training there for just over a year and I love it. The highest paid annual plan of my life and the only one I have not regretted doing, because I went every day! lol
Agreste CT is more than just training !!
And I swear that all this propaganda is nab, it's just a testimony of a sedentary soul that was saved! ??
