Após confirmar estoque minutos antes por telefone, fui pessoalmente a loja é o vendedor de forma covarde e derespitosa ao ser informado que infelizmente não foi vencedor da cotação da maior parte dos itens, com o semblante claramente de raiva, negou a venda dizendo que o item estava reservado para outro cliente.
After 8 years I stopped being a customer yesterday. After confirming stock minutes before by phone, I went personally to the store and the seller in a cowardly and disrespectful way when informed that unfortunately he was not the winner of the quotation of most of the items, with a clearly angry face, he denied the sale saying that the item was reserved for another customer.
