★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi péssima!!! Já tinham me falado sobre o péssimo atendimento dessa loja, mas não pensei que seria assim. Apesar de a loja ser bem completa e ter quase tudo o que precisamos, acredito que a comissão dos vencedores é muito alta. Eles não precisam trabalhar. Não tem a mínima educação. Deixam o cliente em pé na loja, deixa falando sozinho. Se precisasse vender, seriam mais educados. Uma pena que o que eu queria só tinha lá. Pagaria mais caro em outro lugar, mas não tive opção.
 The experience was terrible !!! They had already told me about the bad service at this store, but I didn't think it would be like that. Although the store is very complete and has almost everything we need, I believe the winners' commission is very high. They don't have to work. You have no education. They leave the customer standing in the store, let alone talking. If I needed to sell, they would be more educated. A pity that what I wanted was only there. I would pay more expensive elsewhere, but I had no option.

For purchases by sight or credit card, it is wonderful, but installment plans are a humiliation, and DM Materials surpasses them in terms of discounts and installment plans.
