★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui hoje na agropecuária e confesso que fiquei assustada com tamanha falta de profissionalismo tanto da Dona quanto dos funcionários. Sem máscaras, sem álcool em gel para os cliente, uma falta de organização total , uma sujeita acumulada de meses muitos meses , pó sobre pó , itens sujos muito sujos , e a agropecuária vazia, calma , e os funcionários sem fazer nada que não limpa aquilo?
A Sala de procedimento , mísericordia que carniça, que sujeira, podre estava podre, uma desorganização sem fim. Olha precisa ser mais limpo o ambiente , ali eu não compro nada ....
Eu fui levar minha cachorra para um banho e tosa , gostei da sala da Beatriz ,estava limpa , organizada , gostei do trabalho dela.
Espero que minhas observações seja avaliadas para melhoria do ambiente, ninguém gosta de pegar um produto sujo na mão ...
Espero que eles coloquem álcool em gel no ambiente e façam uso de máscaras, espero tbm que aquele que toma conta da sala de procedimento tenha mais zelo pelo seu local de trabalho !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre o atendimento clínico, poderia passar um valor FIXO e não mudar quando for buscar o PET, ou seja, a pessoa que levar seu animal, perguntar se aquela valor que o Veterinário está passando vai ser o valor fixo ou vai mudar quando for buscar o PET. Foi passado um valor X e eu fiquei ciente, ai o valor mudar para Y triplica o valor, quando vai buscar o PET.
No mas, o atendimento da Loja é muito bom e o preço também.
Regarding clinical care, you could pass a FIXED value and not change when you pick up the PET, that is, the person who takes your animal, ask if the value that the Veterinarian is giving will be the fixed value or will change when you pick up the PET.
