★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou indignada do que aconteceu hoje, indiquei eles para minha sogra , cuidar do pinche, pois era uma urgência, o veterinário que estava lá não deu Nei ideia não quis Nei olhar o cachorro, depois fala que formou por amor aos animais , e olha q indico todo mundo p ir lá, Aparti de hoje não indico ninguém isso é uma falta de respeito com o cachorrinho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo não recomendado! 1° vez liguei e pedi um banho e tosa para meu animal e que buscasse na minha casa, me foi informado que a busca seria antes das 12 hs liguei era 9 HS da manhã, até às 14 já nada liguei e me informaram que o motoboy não tinha ido trabalhar, depois de horas me fala isso? Fui eu msm que levei achei que era uma fato isolado, mais não, hj 04/12/2021 aconteceu a mesma coisa,liguei e cancelei, se no início da ligação me avisa que não tinha motoboy sei lá se faltou, não dá para esperar muito da prestação de serviços dessa empresa se não tem motoboy contrato outro ou que coloca mais funcionários! Oque não dá e não pode e inaceitável e espera um coisa que a empresa sabe que não irá cumprir! FALTA DE RESPEITO COM CONSUMIDOR! NUNCA MAIS NEM NA PORTA PASSO MAIS!
Terrible not recommended! 1st time I called and asked for a bath and grooming for my animal and to search my house, I was informed that the search would be before 12 pm I called it was 9 am, until 2 pm I called nothing and they informed me that the courier hadn't gone to work, after hours tell me that? I was the one who took it, I thought it was an isolated fact, but no, on 12/04/2021 the same thing happened, I called and canceled, if at the beginning of the call you let me know you didn't have a courier, I don't know if you missed it, you can't wait a lot of the services provided by this company if they don't have a motoboy contract or another one that puts more employees! What can't and can't is unacceptable and expects something the company knows it won't fulfill! LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CONSUMER! NEVER AGAIN NOT AT THE DOOR I STEP MORE!
