Na primeira vez enviaram ração de cachorro no lugar da de gato, fiquei com os demais produtos e recusei a entrega da ração;
Na segunda vez entregaram o pedido corretamente;
Na terceira vez enviaram o tipo errado de areia sanitária, mesmo percebendo minutos após a entrega e entrando em contato com eles ainda em horário de funcionamento disseram que só poderiam efetuar a troca após 4 dias (devido ao carnaval).
Para entrega não vale a pena, erraram em duas de três vezes e se recusaram a corrigir em tempo hábil.
I made three purchases with a delivery order:
The first time they sent dog food instead of cat food, I took the other products and refused to deliver the food;
The second time they delivered the order correctly;
The third time they sent the wrong type of sanitary sand, even noticing minutes after delivery and contacting them while they were still open, they said they could only make the exchange after 4 days (due to the carnival).
For delivery is not worth it, they erred two out of three times and refused to correct in a timely manner.

Você praticamente é obrigado a comprar um limite acima do que eles querem, sendo que nas entregas pro meu Bairro Manguinhos, já vi entregarem 1, 2kg de ração e no meu caso não quiseram entregar ou entregaram com MÁ VONTADE.
Compro saco fechado de ração pros meus cachorros em Vila Nova e Feu Rosa, com PREÇO MELHOR e entregam com mais educação!!!

You are practically obliged to buy a limit above what they want, and in deliveries to my neighborhood Manguinhos, I have seen deliver 1, 2kg of feed and in my case did not want to deliver or delivered with BAD WILL.
I buy closed bag of feed for my dogs in Vila Nova and Feu Rosa, with better price and deliver with more education !!!
