Atendimento ótimo São Marcos
Zero atendimento Centro, achei péssimo, só uma mocinha nos atendeu e ela já estava atendendo outra pessoa, pelo jeito a única que atende alguém lá! Eu mudaria os funcionários de local para aprenderem a atender melhor, dar uma mesclada.

Zero service Center, I thought it was terrible, only one girl attended to us and she was already attending to someone else, apparently the only one who attends to someone there! I would move employees to another location to learn how to serve better, give a mix.

I liked it a lot, I was well attended at the Vila Santana unit; when I called to see if I had what I needed. They delivered my dog's food as a priority because I was already out of it
The delivery man was very friendly too.. I recommend it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esqueci de comprar a ração durante o dia, cheguei em casa e liguei para a unidade da vl. Santana e fui atendido pela Mariane, não tinha a ração específica que pedi e ela conseguiu em outra loja (da Snoop) e conseguiu a entrega mesmo sendo em cima da hora ( 19hs ), foi muito gentil e prestativa , achei ótimo o atendimento e a entregadora também muito educada! Boa experiência, bons funcionários devem ser valorizados!
I forgot to buy the food during the day, I got home and called the vl unit. Santana and I was attended by Mariane, I didn't have the specific food I asked for and she got it in another store (from Snoop) and got the delivery even though it was on short notice (7 pm), she was very kind and helpful, I thought the service and the delivery lady also very polite! Good experience, good employees should be valued!
