★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a purchase here that we wanted to return, and we kindly requested a refund or store credit. As Brazilian consumer rights are different than abroad we didn’t expect much and we would be happy with a polite decline to our request. But what met us instead was beyond what we would ever except. A supervisor lady started to yell at us in the middle of the store in front of all of the employees and other customers. She was utterly rude and exceptionally unprofessional. If this is how she treats her customers I wonder how she treats her employees. If you are looking for someone to yell at you in public, then please visit this store, otherwise any other option is better. I would never recommend this store to either locals nor foreigners!
