Terrible service, both to customers and service providers! I entered the establishment and saw a gentleman treating a guy who was apparently just doing his job very badly! At the time, I went back!

Eu e meu marido estávamos comprando a ração de costume para nosso cão, quando o vencedor recomendou uma marca que não conhecíamos. Apresentou diversas vantagens e nos convenceu a comprá-la. Um mês após a compra, depois de consumidos 10 dos 15kg da embalagem identificamos que a ração começou a embolorar. Procuramos hoje a tarde pelo vendedor que com interesse nenhum nos disse que não podia FAZER NADA!
Um absurdo o descaso! Detalhe: data de validade é 21/10/2022.
Simples interesse em vender. Jamais retornaremos e, sem dúvidas, não indicamos!
I would like to not give any stars, actually.
My husband and I were buying the usual kibble for our dog when the winner recommended a brand we didn't know. It presented several advantages and convinced us to buy it. A month after the purchase, after consuming 10 of the 15 kg of the package, we identified that the ration started to mold. This afternoon we looked for the seller who with no interest told us he couldn't DO ANYTHING!
An absurd neglect! Detail: expiration date is 10/21/2022.
Simple interest in selling. We will never return and, without a doubt, we do not recommend it!
