Minha mãe levou uma hidrolavadora Karcher k2 com um pequeno vazamento de água, após feito o reparo com substituição de peças a mesma voltou para casa, porém antes mesmo de ser usada ela apresentou um vazamento enorme de óleo, coisa que nunca tinha feito. Voltando a loja foi preciso praticamente brigar para que eles cumprissem com a palavra e arrumassem a máquina sem um novo custo, pois além de estar na garantia da loja a máquina voltou pior do que foi. Novamente, após alguns dias, informaram que estava pronta. Chegando em casa, a máquina além de continuar vazando óleo, agora em quantidade bem menor, a lavadora funciona apenas por cerca de 10min, perdendo a pressão depois disso. Ao levar pela terceira vez na loja, os funcionários já em um tom de deboche ligaram a máquina e falaram que o funcionamento estava correto, chegando a insinuar má fé por parte do cliente, se recusando a pegar a máquina novamente. Por fim, depois de toda perca de tempo e dinheiro, e toda raiva passada a lavadora está em casa, imprestável, bem pior do que como foi. Além de um ineficiente trabalho técnico os funcionários da loja se comportaram de uma maneira nada profissional. Horrível!
 Terrible! My mother took a Karcher k2 water washer with a small leak of water, after doing the repair with replacement parts, she returned home, but even before being used she had a huge oil leak, something she had never done. Returning to the store, it was practically necessary to fight for them to comply with the word and fix the machine without a new cost, because in addition to being in the store's warranty, the machine came back worse than it was. Again, after a few days, they said it was ready. Arriving home, the machine, in addition to continuing to leak oil, now in a much smaller quantity, the washer works only for about 10 minutes, losing pressure after that. When taking it to the store for the third time, the employees, already in a tone of debauchery, turned on the machine and said that the operation was correct, even implying bad faith on the part of the customer, refusing to take the machine again. Finally, after all the waste of time and money, and all the rage passed by the washing machine is at home, worthless, much worse than it was. In addition to inefficient technical work, store employees behaved in an unprofessional way. Horrible!
