Hoje uma semana depois levei-os para trocar, contudo sem a NF pois não sei onde foi parar e me foi negado a troca pelo modelo menor. Fiquei muito chateado pois também sou comerciante e hoje em dia não consegui imaginar como se pode perder um cliente que simplesmente queria trocar o produto e não devolver. Fui muito mal atendido no dia de hoje por conta deste fato. O que fica claro que se for para trocar produtos a empresa tem outra política de atendimento. Fui embora sem conseguir trocar e nunca mais voltarei lá e onde eu poder ou me perguntarem sobre esta loja direi que o atendimento é péssimo. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma. Caso a empresa entre em contato para efetuar minha troca retirarei este poste.
É uma pena pois eu tenho animais pets e jardim em minha residência e não mais comprarei na Agronix.
I just left the imbui shop where I bought several products among them two large pots for plants. Today a week later I took them to change, however without the NF because I do not know where it was and I was denied the exchange for the smaller model. I was very upset because I am also a merchant and nowadays I could not imagine how you could lose a customer who simply wanted to exchange the product and not return it. I was very poorly attended today because of this fact. What is clear that if it is to exchange products the company has another policy of service. I left without being able to change and I will never go back there and where I can or ask about this store I will say that the service is terrible. I do not recommend it at all. If the company contacts to make my exchange I will remove this post.
It's a shame because I have pets and garden in my residence and I will no longer buy from Agronix.
