O ponto negativo, está em alguns ( eu disse alguns) funcionários com falta de postura que ali trabalham.
Por exemplo, fiz uma visita a loja, juntamente com minha esposa e filha a qual cursa Med. Veterinária.
Ao chegar mos, nos direcionamos ao setor de botas e chapéus, onde ali se encontravam pelo que me aparentou um amontoado de funcionários. Amontoado mesmo, pois so faltava estarem deitados no chão e aos sorrisos as alturas, mas até ai tudo bem!
O que mais me deixou puto, foi me diriguir ao balcão de medicamentos veterinários e o rapaz me atendeu onde veio me a impressão de que ou ele é o dono ou não sei explicar a sua má vontade.
Me atendeu praticamente jogado em uma poltrona ou banco do outro lado do balcão que só não estava deitado pois não era uma rede.
Uma falta de postura em relação a presença de um cliente, que me deu ate vontade de ir embora daquele lugar. Má vontade no atendimento em me dizer o preço dos medicamentos que foi de dar desgosto.
Não sei o quê pensou de mim, fui la fazer cotação de preços e com o intuito de comprar, pela primeira vez claro.
Ai chega minha esposa e minha filha, as quais estavam um pouco distante mas ao lado e com outro vendedor. Queriam comprar um medicamento para a nossa cachorra. Foram informadas pelo tal vencedor, que não havia ali o medicamento, direcionamdo as para uma outra loja, a algumas quadras dali. E assim foram atrás do medicamento a pé
No retorno elas se depararam com outro vendedor o qual disse lhes, mas como, eu não tenho esta marca aí, mas tenho esta outra aqui que é tão boa quanto e é até mais barata.
Não são todos os atendentes daquele local, mas alguns necessitam sim fazer um curso para se utilizar dos preceitos da boa educação ao se deparar com o cliente e a boa intenção em satisfazer o anseio de suas necessidades, seja de uma informação ou de adquirir um produto.
O maior capital de uma boa empresa é sem dúvida alguma O ÓTIMO FUNCIONÁRIO!

What pissed me off the most was going to the veterinary medicine counter and the boy attended to me, where I got the impression that he is either the owner or I don't know how to explain his ill will.
He answered me practically thrown on an armchair or bench on the other side of the counter that was just not lying down because it was not a hammock.
A lack of attitude towards the presence of a client, which made me want to leave that place. Unwillingness in the service to tell me the price of the drugs that was heartbreaking.
I don't know what you thought of me, I went there to make a price quote and in order to buy, for the first time, of course.
Then my wife and daughter arrive, who were a little distant but at the side and with another seller. They wanted to buy medicine for our dog. They were informed by the winner, that there was no medicine there, directed them to another store, a few blocks away. And so they went after the medicine on foot
On their return, they came across another salesman who told them, but how, I don't have this brand there, but I have this one here that is as good as and even cheaper.
Not all the attendants at that location, but some do need to take a course to use the precepts of good education when faced with the customer and the good intention to satisfy the need of their needs, whether for information or purchasing a product. .
The greatest capital of a good company is without a doubt THE GREAT EMPLOYEE!
