★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima, comprei uma politriz que queimou no primeiro uso, e como passou os 3 dias de prazo, não quiseram trocar o equipamento e levando na assistência técnica ficaram um mês com o produto, e quando fui usar novamente deu o mesmo defeito. Péssima empresa e atedimento no SAC, não comprem com esse lixo de empresa.
 Terrible company, I bought a polisher that burned in the first use, and as the 3 days of term passed, they did not want to change the equipment and taking it to the technical assistance, they stayed with the product for a month, and when I went to use it again, the same defect. Terrible company and customer service, don't buy from this garbage company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a empresa, anunciou no ponto frio um levantador magnético informando que comporta 600KG, porem o mesmo não levanta nem 220KG.
A empresa não quer resolver o problema do cliente, na hora de vender eles vendem mais na hora de resolver o problema não resolvem.
Péssima empresa!
I don't recommend the company, it announced a magnetic lifter in the cold spot, stating that it holds 600KG, but it doesn't even lift 220KG.
The company does not want to solve the customer's problem, when it comes to selling they sell more, when it comes to solving the problem, they don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior experiência que tive em negociar uma máquina. Máquina cara, 90 mil reais. Atendimento péssimo! Tomara que a máquina não seja péssima igual esse atendimento. Os vendedores te enfiam goela abaixo as coisas, são insuportáveis, quase desisti de comprar por causa disso, pena que eles não têm concorrentes, senão eu pagava mais caro pra me livrar. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma, só se não tiver outra opção, como no meu caso. PÉSSIMO!
It was the worst experience I had trading a machine. Expensive machine, 90 thousand reais. Terrible service! I hope the machine is not as bad as this service. The sellers shove things down your throat, they are unbearable, I almost gave up buying because of that, too bad they don't have competitors, otherwise I'd pay more to get rid of them. I don't recommend it at all, only if you have no other option, as in my case. TERRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnicamente não sei o que dizer, comprei uma máquina e paguei o frete para receber o mais rápido, sendo o mais caro também, até ai ok, a emrpesa faturou no mesmo dia e a transportadora ROTATIVA retirou também no mesmo dia.
Infelizmente tive alguns dissabores com a empresa transportadora, mas que após algumas tentativas de contato com a mesma não conseguiu compreender minha situação.
Acionei novamente a empresa Agrotama, que auxiliou no processo e entregaram a mercadoria no endereço de forma correta e rápida.
Agradeço ao empenho de todos envolvidos para solucionar o contratempo e o mal entendido que foi causado pela confusão na entrega, nota 9 para Agrotama e nota 8 para transportadora, na média leva 4 estrelinhas

Pessima loja pessimo atendimento
Venderam um alicate hidraulico vazando oleo matrizes que nao correspondem as medidas exatas todo mal acabado cheio de rebarba de resto de metal.
E nao dao nenhuma assistências
