★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho mto de reclamar sobre a viagem,mas o atendimento na agência é 0, pessoas totalmente despreparadas, tem WhatsApp q não serve pra nada ,leva quase 1 dia pra respo der msg, se tentar ligar de 5e 5 segundos o dia todo, talvez eles atendem mas é mto difícil , só viajo nesse por falta de opção.
I have no reason to complain about the trip, but the service at the agency is 0, people are totally unprepared, there is a WhatsApp that is useless, it takes almost 1 day to respond to msg, if you try to call every 5 and 5 seconds all day, maybe they attend but it is very difficult, I only travel in this one for lack of option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O transporte em si, muito bom, mas a equipe de malacacheta completamente alheia a qualquer informação sobre a empresa . Só sabem vender o bilhete.
The transport itself, very good, but the malacacheta team completely oblivious to any information about the company. They only know how to sell the ticket.
