I contacted WhatsApp and phone, they said they were coming to bring the water. I was waiting and until today nothing. And they give no satisfaction to the customer.

Liguei de novo para lembrar a entrega, pois estava sem água desde ontem quando pedi, foram rudes e cínicos ao ouvirem a reclamação. Perguntaram se ainda queríamos a água e que não precisavam disso! Péssimo atendimento ao cliente.
I asked yesterday, they didn't bring the water. I called today talking about what happened and asking again. The water did not arrive. I called again to remember the delivery, since I had no water since yesterday when I asked, they were rude and cynical when they heard the complaint. They asked if we still wanted the water and that they didn't need it! Bad customer service.
