Realizei o pedido no dia 20/11/2018, às 09:00, para que o serviço me fosse prestado às 17:00, como previsto pelo proprietário da empresa, pois segundo ele não tinha mais vagas no horário da manhã. Logo, pedi certeza, pois estava ( ainda estou) sem um pingo de água em casa, e o mesmo manofmanifestou sua certeza. No horário marcado liguei para o mesmo, e ele alegou que estava em um engarrafamento em Boa Viagem. Até aí tudo bem... São fatores externos que acontecem... Logo após, retornei a ligação, ele atendeu grosseiramente dizendo que ainda estava no engarrafamento e desligou a ligação na minha cara!
Um verdadeiro descaso.
Bad consideration for the customer!
I placed the order on 11/20/2018, at 9:00 am, so that the service could be provided to me at 5:00 pm, as predicted by the company owner, as he said he had no more vacancies in the morning. Soon, I asked for certainty, since I was (still am) without a drop of water at home, and the same man expressed his certainty. At the appointed time I called him, and he claimed that he was in a traffic jam in Boa Viagem. So far so good ... These are external factors that happen ... Soon after, I returned the call, he answered rudely saying that he was still in the traffic jam and hung up on me!
A real neglect.
