Nao obtive um bom atendimento, uma das manicures foi desagradável, não faz um bom trabalho, a unha ficou mal feita, Horrível e ela estava apresentando desinteresse em fazer um serviço melhor, de Ma Vontade, mesmo! Constestava tudo que eu falava ou sugeria, que ate a outra manicure concordou com os meus argumentos. Desinteresse em atender melhor!
Sugiro que mantenha na equipe, pessoas mais bem treinadas, agradáveis e competentes, pois pelo preço cobrado eu poderia ter feito minhas unhas no LM do Diamond ou Patio Savassi, que cobram caro, mas garantem a satisfação do cliente. Tive que pedir outra manicure para refazer a unha.
Fica a dica e minha insatisfação neste quesito negativo.

The atmosphere is pleasant, tasteful, well attended. However, the price does not match the service provided. I did not get a good service, one of the manicures was unpleasant, not doing a good job, the nail was badly done, horrible and she was showing a lack of interest in doing a better, unwilling service even! It consisted of everything I said or suggested, which even the other manicure agreed with my arguments. Disinterest in serving better!
I suggest that you keep better trained, pleasant and competent people on staff, because for the price I could have done my nails at Diamond LM or Patio Savassi, which are expensive but guarantee customer satisfaction. I had to ask for another manicure to redo the nail.
Here's the tip and my dissatisfaction on this negative item.

Excellent service, but they only accept debit/cash payment and this was not informed when I called to schedule an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para o salão e perguntei o valor da escova, me disseram que era a partir de um valor X, então marquei pra fazer. A cabeleireira lavou meu cabelo e fez a escova. Marcou na comanda lavagem + secagem. Quando fui pagar me cobraram um valor para a escova e acrescentaram um valor pra lavagem também. Questionei a recepcionista que quando liguei não me disseram que eu teria que pagar pela lavagem do cabelo e que normalmente a escova é feito com o cabelo lavado antes e no próprio salão. Ela me pediu desculpa, mas disse que era assim mesmo e que o valor me passado era pra quem vai para o salão com o cabelo molhado sem lavar lá.
Quis conversar com a gerente, ela não estava e a recepcionista disse que ela entraria em contato comigo em até 3 dias e eu disse que ela não me ligaria nada.
Como previsto já se passaram 6 dias e a gerente não me ligou.
Resumindo, agiram com desonestidade comigo quando não me informaram que além do valor da escova eu teria que pagar pra lavar o cabelo tb.
Não indico salão que age com desonestidade com o cliente.
É a mesma coisa de eu chamar um Uber e o motorista me cobrar além da viagem o uso do banco que tive que assentar.
I called the salon and asked the price of the brush, they told me it was from an X value, so I scheduled it to be done. The hairdresser washed my hair and made the brush. Marked the washing + drying command. When I went to pay they charged me a price for the brush and added a charge for washing too. I asked the receptionist that when I called they didn't tell me that I would have to pay for hair washing and that normally the brush is done with the hair washed before and in the salon itself. She apologized to me, but said that was how it was and that the value given to me was for those who go to the salon with wet hair without washing there.
I wanted to talk to the manager, she wasn't there and the receptionist said she would contact me within 3 days and I said she wouldn't call me at all.
As expected, 6 days have passed and the manager has not called me.
In short, they acted dishonestly with me when they didn't inform me that in addition to the cost of the brush, I would have to pay to wash my hair too.
I do not recommend a salon that acts dishonestly with the customer.
It's the same thing if I call an Uber and the driver charges me, in addition to the trip, for the use of the bank I had to settle.
