★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde venho aqui através dessa avaliação deixar minha insatisfação gigantesca sobre o atendimento dessa empresa, primeiro que tem esse telefone que não funciona, só caixa postal, qdo consigo falar com alguém, ninguém consegue resolver meu problema e no WhatsApp eh uma eternidade ter resposta de algum atendente e tb não consigo resolver meu problema e então para que serve esses canais de atendimento ao cliente? Só para enfeite?
 Good afternoon, I come here through this review to leave my huge dissatisfaction about the service of this company, first that there is this phone that doesn't work, only voicemail, when I can talk to someone, no one can solve my problem and on WhatsApp it's an eternity to have a response from an attendant and I can't solve my problem, so what are these customer service channels for? Just for decoration?
