★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui com uma amiga e tivemos que chamar um funcionário pra ser atendida depois de um bom tempo. Estava com sede e não tinha um bebedor para os clientes tomar água, perguntei pro funcionário o msm disse que só tinha na cozinha deles ( e msm assim não se dispôs a ir buscar). Na saída do caixa dando uma sugestão pro Gerente a respeito do bebedor o msm falou que a loja não é obrigado a fornecer água para os clientes, achei um descaso pois uma loja com esse porte não sabe tratar os clientes. Gerente despreocupado, sem treinamento, pois o mesmo deveria saber lidar com uma situação dessa " poxa, não tem água aqui senhora, mas vou tomar providências pra lhe servir um copo de água, para a senhora ficar mais a vontade nas suas compras.nem isso .minha amiga que não quis ir embora por mim eu não gastava 1$ nessa loja.
Decepcionada.
Uma funcionária que nem estava atendendo que foi buscar um copo d'água pra mim, agradeci e vim embora.
Bad service, I went with a friend and we had to call an employee to be assisted after a long time. I was thirsty and didn't have a drinker for customers to drink water, I asked the employee the msm said it was only available in their kitchen (and msm didn't want to go get it). At the checkout, giving a suggestion to the Manager about the drinker, the msm said that the store is not obliged to provide water to customers, I found it negligible because a store of this size does not know how to treat customers. Carefree manager, without training, because he should know how to deal with a situation like this "hey, there's no water here, lady, but I'll make arrangements to serve you a glass of water, so you can be more comfortable with your shopping. Not even that .my friend who didn't want to leave for me I didn't spend $1 in this store.
Disappointed.
An employee who wasn't even answering who went to get me a glass of water, I thanked her and left.
