Chamei o rapaz responsável e me pediu desculpas e disse que não tinha acompanhado o processo de lavagem. Entrei e contato com a empresa pelo WhatsApp, fui ouvido mas sem retorno algum até o momento. Cheguei até fazer um contrato mensal. Mas confesso que fiquei decepcionado com o último serviço.
I left my car to wash and vacuum. When I got in the car, I came across these scratches. I called the guy in charge and apologized and said he hadn't followed the washing process. I entered and contacted the company through WhatsApp, I was heard but without any feedback so far. I even made a monthly contract. But I confess I was disappointed with the last service.
