★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, antes de fecharmos nos prometeu o mundo, após o fechamento só dor de cabeça, fechei a compra da pedra em abril de 2021 e até agora não finalizaram o acabamento, o sr. Reginaldo proprietário dessa marmoraria, agendou milhares de visitas para resolução do problema e o mesmo simplesmente sumia, mandávamos mensagens, ligávamos e ele não se dava ao trabalho nem de responder, péssimo atendimento, não indico essa marmoraria para NINGUÉM, pagamos mais caro e tivemos uma dor de cabeça gigantesca com esse cidadão, passei tanta raiva que mesmo que eu pague o triplo do que paguei contratando esse serviço em advogados, eu vou entrar com uma ação contra o sr. Reginaldo e sua empresa.
Terrible service, before closing, the world promised us, after closing it was just a headache, I closed the purchase of the stone in April 2021 and so far they have not finished the finishing, Mr. Reginaldo owner of this marble shop, scheduled thousands of visits to solve the problem and it simply disappeared, we sent messages, called and he didn't bother or answer, poor service, I don't recommend this marble shop to ANYONE, we paid more and had a a gigantic headache with this citizen, I was so angry that even if I pay triple what I paid for hiring this service in lawyers, I will file a lawsuit against mr. Reginaldo and his company.

Muitas marmorarias não tinham interesse porque era um serviço pequeno. Mas a AIKO não só aceitou fazer, como tive o privilégio de ser atendida pelo Reginaldo, pessoa de gentileza incomum nos dias de hoje, além de uma eficiência incrível. Só tenho a agradecer a ele e a Ceci pelo atendimento.
