★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei instalação do Ar Condicionado de Janela e o técnico não compareceu. Liguei para "empresa" e a atendente não sabia informar nada, sempre falava para ligar para o celular do Ailton. Liguei para o Ailton peguntando se os técnicos já estavam a caminho, o mesmo ficou de retornar e não retornou a ligação. Tentei contato com o celular do Ailton e só dava fora de área. A empresa também parou de receber ligações. Não recomendo!!!!!!!

O Tecnico chegou na minha casa (Airton) e disse que precisava apenas de uma limpeza e configuração no controle do ar. Paguei R$200,00 pelo serviço e não tive resultado. O Ar condiona congelando e desligando sozinho, como estava antes do tecnico ir na minha casa. Liguei infinitas vezes pra marcar novamente pra fazer revisão, uma vez que tinha pago por um serviço que não adiantou em absolutamente nada, e eles ficam literalmente enrolando, dizendo que vão retornar a ligação para marcar e não retornam e que a pessoa responsável pela marcação não está na loja. Conclusão: todos caloteiros. Serviço é mal prestado por técnicos mal preparados e fogem do cliente quando o serviço que prestam não resolve, depois dele pagar pelo serviço.
