O certo é notificar o consumidor 15 dias antes do bloqueio. Aqui em Imperatriz, só a Júpiter obedece esse prazo.
No meu caso, no dia de finados, feriado, eles bloquearam minha internet.
Fiquei o dia todo sem conexão e sem poder falar com ninguém da empresa, uma vez que era feriado. Uma covardia. Quando vier o boleto do mês vai vir boleto cheio.
Vou dar uma estrela porque não tem como não dar nenhuma.
