Fiquei muito surpresa pelo profissionalismo, pois me explicou que a peça não era original mas de boa qualidade. Enfim, estou com o celular funcionando já a 30 dias em perfeitas condições. Agradeço pelo serviço de qualidade e pela simpatia.
I'm from SP and was on vacation in Feira de Santana when my cell phone battery failed, I didn't know any assistance reference and so I got in touch with Airtec; of readiness has already made the budget and informed the deadline for returning the device (same day). I was very surprised by the professionalism, as he explained to me that the piece was not original but of good quality. Anyway, my cell phone has been working for 30 days in perfect condition.
