I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Too bad! I have rented property mediated by this place, the tenant has not paid and is already 16 days late and when questioning the real estate company about measures or progress, I have no answer. They do not answer a call or answer a message. Total neglect.

Se você for fazer negócio com ele ou com essa imobiliária sugiro se cercar de todos os aparatos jurídicos, pois a palavra não vale muita coisa. O meu conselho mesmo é - não faça negócio com eles. Certamente você terá dor de cabeça.
Airton Fernandes is an old-fashioned real estate consultant - good at selling and bad at delivery. If you are going to do business with him or with this real estate company, I suggest you surround yourself with all the legal apparatus, as the word is not worth much. My advice is - don't do business with them. You will certainly have a headache.
